Love it - but major bug &no response

Ive played this for years now, but in the last six months a problem had come up with the Deep table. The ball disappears and everything lights up and it goes into an endless loop. The only way to resolve it that Ive found is to delete the app and reinstall it, which erases all your shoes and and saved extras youve accumulated. Ive contacted Gameprom three times with zero response. Very disappointing. Update- two more unanswered emails. Is anybody there?
